More about Christ Church

Worship, prayer, care, service, learning and fellowship happen through the work we do together as a congregation and individually as Christians in the world. Please choose a link below for more information.

About our church...
Who are we? We're a gathering of cradle Christians, working-on-it Christians, seeking but not quite yet Christian. We're your neighbors, maybe even your co-workers or classmates.
We're young and not-so-young, here five generations and five minutes, building-nesters and empty-nesters. We're part of the Lutheran branch of the Christian family tree.

Finding Christ
We are located in Tinicum Township, Bucks County at 353 E Dark Hollow Rd, Pipersville, PA.
Making a Difference

'Christ Church is active serving both locally and globally...

Tinicum Health Ministry

Christ Church and Pt Pleasant Baptist Church are partners in the Tinicum Health Ministry, a faith community nurse (formerly called a parish nurse) for our local communities.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the Tinicum Health Ministry Parish Nurse is not able to make in person visits to the church campuses or homes.
She can provide information on available resources and services, and facilitate referrals to agencies for assistance and support. While Faith Community Nurses don't provide hands-on nursing procedures they are a valuable spiritual resource for wellness, healing and recovery. Please call the church office at 216. 766. 8730, and leave a message if necessary.
All communications between a Parish Nurse and parishioner are confidential, consistent with the professional Practice for Parish Nurses.
Food for All
COVID-19 can't stop 'God's Work, Our Hands'! We provided 'Blessings by the Box' food care packages in the beginning of the summer to families from Tinicum Elementary.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe financial stress, and the need for food assistance is crucial. We welcome your gifts of nonperishable food items and Giant Gift Cards to support The Lord's Pantry and provide uninterrupted assistance to our community.
Please use the Secure Giving link to make a donation towards Giant gift cards for the Lord's Pantry. Non perishable food donations can be left in the auxiliary shed by the parking lot.

Mirror of Hope
Mirror of Hope was formed to bring change through practical assistance to the residents in and around the Kibera slum in Nairobi, Kenya. It seeks to empower vulnerable children, youth and women in Kibera Slum through education, sponsorships, entrepreneural opportunities and life skills training.
Mirror of Hope's vision is to create a community that is well informed, proactive, self-sustaining, that respects human rights with enhanced access to education for the children, youth and women.

Community Support
Christ Church supports local social service agencies and charities with fundraisers, donations and by encouraging and referring volunteers. Members of our Christ Church family currently volunteer for Meals On Wheels, A Woman's Place, with local schools, The Lord's Pantry, Fresh Connect Free Farmers' Market, LifeWater, One Heart Africa, and more.
